Dogs We Train
Saving Duos is an owner assisted animal training program located in the Northwest Arkansas Area.
Service Dogs
Service Dogs are task trained to help mitigate a disability. Per the Americans with Disability Act, service animals have public access rights to most locations in the United States of America. At Saving Duos we offer training for many types of service animals such as:
- Medical alert (cardiac, migraine, narcolepsy, seizure, and more)
- Medical Response
- Diabetes Service Dogs
- Autism Assistance
- PTSD
- Mobility Service Dogs
Therapy Animals
Therapy animals are animals specially trained to calm and comfort the public. Therapy animals do not have any public access rights, but can be invited in by individual establishment for their work. The most common places you see you therapy animals are:
- Retirement homes
- Hospitals
- Schools
- Medical Establishments
Facility Dogs
Facility dogs are highly trained dogs that aid within a specific facility. Our facility dogs are specially trained to work with a facilitator in either a medical or educational work place. Facility dogs do not have public access rights, but are invited into work to help patients and students reach their goals. Our facility dogs work at places like therapy offices and schools.
